Their program features Grammar and Writing, Reading and Vocabulary and Listening and Speaking. The ESL English language program at University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is very good. The Masters program uses an intensive English program concentrating on Listening Comprehension, Reading and Writing for 20 hours in class every week. There is even an advanced level that features an academic orientation. Green River Community College in Washington offers a five-level program for students who have less than 500 TOEFL. They offer a university transfer program for students who wish to continue their studies for a bachelor’s degree in English language. The University of California Extension: Santa Cruz, California has an English language program that requires a minimum TOEFL score of 525 paper / 195 CBT. They have a tough program designed to prepare students for the challenges of both academic work and life at an American university. No TOEFL score is required at Boston School of English in Massachusetts. They offer English language degrees in ESL.
